DR. JOHN CHELUGET

Dr. John Cheluget holds a PhD in Business Administration, Finance Specialization from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Master of Business Administration, Finance option Degree from the University of Nairobi (UoN) and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting option degree University of Nairobi (UoN). He is a qualified certified public accountant (CPA-K). Dr. John Cheluget is a Senior Lecturer at The Management University of Africa (MUA) and the Ag. Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) of The Management University of Africa (MUA).

Prof. Kalyan K. Sahoo

Prof.Kalyan K. Sahoo is a Professor, Advisor at the MUA. He is also an advisor (Curriculum Design, Academic Planning) to M.C. University and CK Foundation. After completion of MBA, he worked in various companies like HCL, Canon, UniTek for 6years. He successfully earned his PhD in Management from the Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur and spent 17years teaching and administering as a Professor, Dean, VP (Academics).

In 2003, he shifted his career path from corporate to university and moved to various parts of India, Africa, where he taught Strategic Management, Marketing, SDM, Advanced Strategic Management in various reputed universities and Business Schools Like SOA University (Odisha), Centurion University of Technology and Management (Odisha), BIMHRD (Pune), Kings Business School (Ghana), African University College of Communication (Ghana).

He also earned Gold medal in Master in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) from Utkal University of Culture, Odisha. He is a member of CII (India), FICCI (India), AIMA, Ghana Journalism Association, CRD-Lome and many more. He is also a member of Strategic Planning Committee at PUC, Ghana.

His current research, teaching interests include Business strategy, Media & Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Social Media, IR and Competitive advantage. He published three books on “Impact of T&D strategy on Organizational Performance”, “Casebook on Marketing”, and “Introduction to Journalism”. He has also published several research papers in refereed national, international journals and presented papers in local, regional and international conferences.
