The School of Management and Leadership (SML) is under the Leadership of the Dean.

MUA ODEL Mode of Study

Open Distance and E-Learning (ODEL) was established in the Management University of Africa in 2013. According to the University Student Handbook, the ODEL mode of study refers to ‘where a student is registered for a course work but does not attend classes. Students are guided through various courses using instructional materials, assignments, continuous assessment, tutorials and examinations organized by the department’.

The Management University of Africa 2013-2017 strategic plan positions MUA as a University that provides an environment that develops transformational leadership and excellent management practices focusing on industry practitioners and communities passionate for innovation, change and transformation in the African context and beyond. The distinct focus on the University is to be center of excellence in capacity building in management, leadership, governance and entrepreneurship. In the University’s efforts to stamp its global existence, it is and will be alive to the emerging reflections in its fields of competence
